Pros
Tover is a company with an important mission. I specifically liked the work/company culture. There was no sense of hierarchy, you're treated as an expert in your own field, and you're involved in your team's discussions. There was also no language barrier for international students like myself.
Cons
The monthly compensation for interns should be higher, taking into account that it's a full-time position.

Good colleagues but bad management
Cons
Pretending to be social but in reality are profit driven. Making money but not paying employees enough. Hire and fire mentality. You are warned!
