Business outlook
Pros
For the most part a good group of good hearted people. They own and operate their own portfolio they are not fee managed. This was a very good HR experience. They put money into their communities making them desirable.
Cons
Upper management rely's to heavily on the supervisors below them and does not get input, provide opportunity for explanation or discuss matters with the field personal creating high staff turnover. They do not have industry standard bonuses i.e. no leasing, occupancy, renewal or delinquency bonuses.
