1. Owner knows very little about business and even less about people management 2. Owner talks a big game and makes promises knowing full well he cannot deliver. This is with both staff and customers 3. Owner makes racist and misogynistic comments on a daily basis and frequently belittles employees. 4. Very high turnover - 80%+. Cannot keep good people. I would be surprised if Tower will be in business in a year from now. This is not a place to advance your career but rather a place you learn what type of company and management you never want to work for.

-Employer uses abusive , racist language on a daily basis -The place would be ok to work at if it wasn't for the general unhinged nature of the owner. -no security or agency, employer constantly berates and threaten sales people to fear for their position, which is already commission only. -Toxic work environment, full-commission employees harassed for not working full weekends after 8:30-7:00 monday to friday. -Terrible lead opportunity for a commission only position, management would assign "new" leads and customers that were 3-5 years old that have already told them no and been contacted by 4-5 reps -Extremely high turn over rate ( see above )
