      The CEO misused his position to intimidate employees and create a hostile work environment. Multiple employees, especially female staff, experienced harassment and felt unsafe under his leadership. A POSH complaint against Vijay Jain was investigated and proven.

      Cons

      He uses his power to HARASH female employees. Management is fake.
