Pros

Varied experience and some good co workers.

Cons

The CEO, Jonathan Towers entrusts his company to a cabal of sycophants and unqualified yes men AND women. It is no wonder the company closed business several years ago.

Pros

Most everyone is required to wear several hats in order to get the show out the door. For someone who normally clocks out at five, this can be a miserable experience. For those who want to take on more responsibility and climb the ladder from PA to AP to Producer, it's a great thing. There's plenty of opportunity to grow. And Jonathan Towers is a great mentor.

Cons

A lot of the manager/coordinator types don't know what they're doing. Jonathan will often favor their advice over the people that actually know what they're talking about.
