      Good shift hours Small property Snow removal in the winter is simple

      Cons

      On call emergencies are numerous and get out of hand quickly Leasing and maintenance do not get along Buildings are old and deteriorating Corporate management is cheap No direct deposit Benefits are terrible Employees do not listen to management Too many to list further

      Excellent starting pay for all employees.

      Cons

      Do not value their employees. Example is you get paid when you get paid. Generally a 5 to 10 day window.

      Paid holidays, okay benefits, overtime possible

      Cons

      Do not care about their employees whatsoever. They care about making money and meeting numbers. Bonuses are poor and corporate does not care about their failing communities making the employees loo worse.
