      You will have a job.

      Cons

      You will work in an environment entirely predicated on fear. You will be asked to lie about who owns TownSq, as they don't want clients to know about their proximity to Associa. You will not be paid what you're worth. Your professional development is never a consideration. You will be paid under market value. You will be asked to perform duties far outside the scope of your title. Company culture is non-existent. Would recommend only to a mortal enemy.

      Amazing Coworkers and direct management, Horrible Upper Management

      Pros

      People are top tier, some of the best people I have ever worked with. Direct managers are great, neighboring teams are all awesome and work together. Remote collaboration is on point due to having workers in numerous states and countries. Overall an amazing place to work until your patience in other areas runs out. I would recommend working here, but don't plan to stay long if you have any career growth in mind.

      False hope for career growth, promise growth continuously but it never comes. Don't think this means you won't be given tasks of a higher role though. Have seen this outcome for numerous people.
