Pay is about the only good thing

Cons

Stuck in groups where just one bad person can make your life hell and get you fired. Basically like being stuck in high school again. They want you to destroy your body then turn their back on you when you get hurt on the job. Everything you learn in orientation goes right out the window day 1 on the floor.
