They occasionally have free food and a gym on site.

Cons

The benefits are awful, they make you do a wellness plan to save the company money, but you pay 100% out of pocket until you hit a 5K deductible. Nepotism and politics rule this company. Back stabbing and having no soul is the way to the top. "Best Places to Work" is code for GET OUT. The same jobs wouldn't be posted every 6 months if this was a good place to work. They charge companies for work they don't do.
