      Pros

      Okay wages, okay benefits, some really nice people, climate controlled...when you can't think of anything else that you could consider a "pro"

      Cons

      Just okay wages, just okay benefits, some really snotty people who are full of themselves, very political environment at a small family owned company...not a family type of environment at all. The feeling there is that it's every man or woman for themselves and whatever you do, stroke the CEO's ego and never let him know anything's wrong. When he's having a bad day...look out!! Woman running Sales and Marketing is a two-faced backstabber(again, I'm being nice)! Lots of snobbery there at all levels. I left because of the toxic environment.

      Hard workers with no real direction from management

      Good, intelligent, dedicated employees Decent pay levels Established company in their industry

      Cons

      Constantly changing direction and not sharing that direction with employees CEO is eccentric and aloof, not forthcoming or truthful about anything with employees. Lots of young managers in place with no management training. A consultant runs the company behind the scenes with a CFO he hired.

      Pros

      One of the printers who are still open. Somewhat steady managers if you work in the plant or warehouse. Competitive wages.

      Cons

      Family atmosphere disappeared years ago in favor of constant stress. Customer service has become all about what the company wants instead of what the client wants. They promote people into management and offer no training so, their best staff become complacent and ineffective managers.
