      Pros

      Micro Management, of ypublole to be told when you can get water, converse about job related tasks with co workers and have someone track your bathroom breaks this is the place for you!

      Cons

      No flexible scheduling, micro management, new leadership and the next owner of the company only care about efficiency numbers but not how to get the job done..tha5. Being said the phrase " perception is reality" gets used alot to shut down any activities management doesn't like. Next owner of the company does not know much about Machining either

      Trace-A-Matic is a family owned and operated company. The company cares about their employees and works diligently to make sure we treat all employees fairly. We encourage all employees to speak to their supervisor or Human Resources to ask questions and share concerns. We take pride in training new and current employees to upskill their talent in order to promote from within.

      Pay can be decent for some.

      Cons

      Treated like a number. If you don't fit in with the long term employees.....they will ,and did, eventually force you out.

      Thank you for your review. The Trace-A-Matic family cares about coworkers and the overall success of the company. Our machinists work five 10-hour shifts weekly, optional Saturday hours (workload-dependent), and never on Sunday. We share this work schedule during the hiring process. The company offers an accommodating flex schedule and works with employees to attend those special life events.
