Necessary product for the industry but company suffers from dysfunctional upper management

The food industry desperately needs the solutions that TraceGains claims to provide and the company has some really intelligent people working for it.

Cons

Management is dysfunctional at best and rarely will listen to what their employees have to say. Sales promises services and software that don't actually exist.

Some really nice people here.

Cons

We were forced to drink the cool-aid and the VP's are killing the company. Departments are so silo'd and the infighting is terrible. It really is like being in high school again, with clique behavior, managers playing favorites and not listening to constructive concerns. Don't bother looking for advancement here, unless you're in the clique.
