Disconnect between management and staff over a number of things specifically processes and work arounds. What was once a good working environment was made hostile by a company takeover, which saw a number of cuts across various departments with staff cuts and an increased workload.

This company has absolutely no oragnisational structure in place. We request for training and they give us something completely different to work on. Expect us to meet targets without relevant training given. Absolutely amazing at giving FALSE HOPE
