I absolutely have no Pros for the Waco Distribution Center

Absolutely everything about the Waco Distribution Center management all the way down to most of the employees they hire felons and they also hired drug dealers they promote hostile work environment retaliation for using sick days promote sexual harassment will try to fire you if you are on FMLA their values only apply to the team members they do not apply for management HR

The job isn’t hard at all as long as you pace yourself.

Cons

If you’re a good worker they will exploit you. There’s TONS of drama and HR doesn’t do anything about it.
