Great working environment. Everyone is busy, everyone gets their work done, but also everyone has fun, and that's super important! It's engraved in the company culture. I'm surrounded by very smart, talented people who care, and it's infectious. As a developer, I'm happy to be able to use the latest technology. We don't have to waste our time with archaic technology. If there's something out there that's brand new, and it can get the job done optimally, the company is willing to invest in it. Personally, this is the most important part for my professional career. The work is always fresh, you never feel stuck in a loop.
