Pros
- Coworkers are great, good sense of camaraderie and everyone works very hard - Flexible remote working options and hours. Accommodations made for West Coast (EST based company) - Good benefits (paid premium for health, dental, and vision insurances) - Ability to try different kinds of cross-functional projects that affect different stakeholders (product, ops, finance)
Cons
Not much, but since it's a start up there can be staffing change ups from time to time.
