Things were way better before financial issues

Pros

There were some pros such as good people and smart engineers but after the cash flow problems in 1st Q of 2022, and then 70 percent redundancies and then many resignations, the company is not as good as it used to be. Nothing is clear for the future of the company.

Cons

New CTO does not believe in the existing people and prefers to hire new people. There is no teams, no structure, and no road map. People keep resigning and no one really care.

Innovative lending platform challenging traditional banking platforms. Smart, hardworking, passionate people in the business. Good team initiatives and perks. Flex working.

Cons

Gross mismanagement from CEO and CFO leaving the business in financial trouble resulting in significant redundancies and closing of the Sydney Office. CEO / Founder is not fit for the job - self absorbed and has no respect for his staff or clients. Poor communication and no transparency from exec team to employees.
