Pros
-Generally nice people. -Decent time off. (but no more unlimited PTO) -Pay is mostly on-par with industry, but raises and promotions are rare.
Cons
-Incompetent leadership from the top down. -Terrible new business and client relations practices. -Overwork their junior and mid-level employees while leadership is often nowhere to be found. -Employee well being is an afterthought. -The worst communication practices of any agency I've worked for. -No upward mobility. -Afraid of loosing their one biggest client and spend significant time and resources sucking up to them. -Weak creative and account leadership leads to endless failed pitches and repetitive, boring work. Strategy is rinsed and repeated and never effective. -Old-school agency style that is out of date and no longer works for today's landscape. -No real culture or agency personality. -CEO and President are both clueless and unable to adapt to their roles. The agency has been in dramatic decline since the leadership change.
