Ideas must come from managers to be accepted. There is a lot of lip service to team work and family, but the teams are drones and the family is only slightly above disfunctional. My boss has no people skill - dissent is not an option. Little or no change for advancement. Outsourcing jobs at a high rate of speed. Raises are substandard.
