- Really excellent people on the team who work hard and support each other - Interesting and diverse client base - Ability to leave your work at the office - Opportunities for personal growth and development - Flexible work policies for experienced team members - 401(k) matching contribution amount is a high-quality benefit not always found in small businesses - Regular improvement in our workflow, policies, and structure; not a stagnant environment - "Self-managed team" isn't just a buzzword; after several years of trial and error, this really does describe us accurately

Cons

- High pressure, occasionally excessive stress - Sometimes unevenly distributed workload - Need to continue improving the training process - Health insurance options for dependents are not very affordable; this is typical of a small business in Central Virginia - Three weeks of combined PTO/sick leave may be considered low to some, generous to others

No prima donnas. Great collaborative work environment. Recognition for a job well done. Small office so you know what is going on at all times. Ability to work remote, if needed

Not the place for someone who wants standard corporate structure.

Awesome team, relaxed and flexible work environment, and ya did I mention awesome team - such a privilege to work with so many impressive and high performing folks in a true team setting. Leadership team is supportive and this is key as the work we do is complex and super fast paced - it really takes everyone in the whole company firing on all cylinders to create this level of output on daily basis, wouldn't have it any other way, and I know there are still so many growth opportunities for all of us as we continue our journey.

Cons

High Performers Only - Average does not do it here, and given the complexity of what we do it can be hard for new folks to get up to speed, definitely not for those that don't thrive in a high gear culture... that said the bar is constantly being raised and what we have as a team are only the best of the best, so it's not really a con in that sense.
