Pros
If you don't mind working in the Forex/binary industry they are a serious company which follows regulations, and is well funded.
Cons
This is an evil industry bent on making customers lose their money (while promising them riches), you will lose your soul or live in a lie. The lower staff (sales/retention etc...) are all people who couldn't get accepted to a normal job somewhere else. There is no excuse to make the world a worse place
