Pros

Free coffee is the best that this company has.

Cons

On business trips, you work extremely hard. You get only 4 to 5 hours of sleep, and all the rest of the time is for working. This continues for one to two weeks while you are there. You are paid much too little compared with people in other companies. Some employees here start with 24k, while others start with 35k. It seems that this depends on the nationality. Fruit is supposed to be provided for free, but usually it is either not available anymore or already rotten. The management is toxic. Employees are treated like slaves from the Middle Ages. It is difficult to understand why nobody has reported this company, especially the management, to the authorities. The management tries to make up for the toxic working atmosphere with free pizza and festival tickets, which is simply absurd. The employee turnover is extremely high. At least one person quits every month. This company is close to destroying itself because of poor organization and bad decision-making.

Trademark is like a toxic ex-girl/boyfriend

Pros

Meeting very young and international people

Cons

Trademark makes you work more than any other company, but paying the less they can. That’s one of the reasons they go after internationals. Everything sounds so good in the first months… Those 2 days of “pizza day” a year are supposed to make up for all the crazy things they put us through (that end up affecting our plans and our personal life), just like a toxic e -boy/girlfriend. Once you open your eyes you see you gave them your sweat and tears and end up with the feeling of “not being enough”, because the validation doesn’t come as easy as the criticism and the plans to take you out of the company. Don’t get surprised if you ask for a small favor and it will look like you are asking them for half of the company, it is just the company culture & values.

Pros

Nice colleagues, you get to try a lot of different things.

Cons

The reason you get to try a lot of different things is that they have unrealistic expectations. You have to be an expert in everything while being paid nothing. Management does not care about people, which is shown by how many people leave within two years or go down with stress symptoms. If you apply for a buyer role, be prepared to do everything and be expected to travel a lot - even when the countries are going through dangerous times - and not expect much assistance from your nonbuyer colleagues. If you are lucky, you get a manager with human qualities. If you are not, don't expect anything to change. Get your experience and leave like the majority of people. You get nothing in return for all the traveling and are likely paid even less than anyone else in the company. If you are an international, expect a salary below average for Danish citizens. If you are Danish expect a salary way below what you could get anywhere else.
