      An Excellent Place to Work

      Pros

      Flexibility (possible to work from home), open communication from C-Level all the way down, good pay, good annual leave, great location with parking, and selling a great product in a very exciting industry and working with top companies. It is fast paced and changes come quick, but if you are professional and agile you can contribute to help the company grow and be part of a really fun team; need to be a major team player working toward the same goal.

      Cons

      Would not have the normal structure that the corporate environment would, but I personally consider this a plus.

      Exciting company in full takeoff mode

      Pros

      A cool, disruptively-innovative product that provides real value to customers (trademark lawyers) and beats the competition; very smart, creative and talented people that love new ideas; fun culture where management values its employees and actually listens to them; grateful customers, high growth and lots of "wins", so quite an exciting place to be

      Cons

      Not everybody will like having the company headquarters, sales office and marketing in three different countries (Finland, Ireland, USA) - line staff in different offices don't often see each other in person and distinct office cultures exist in each location; it's still a startup, so senior managers do a lot of "delegating to themselves" (so: not for everyone!)

      Pros

      Small enough company where your voice can be heard and people know your name, but internationally based so you don't feel crowded. Every department works as a team, and each department communicates well with the others. It is an exciting work environment coupled with an amazing product.

      Cons

      I suppose it appears there are unhappy people at the company. I wish they would realize that there are safe places to express thoughts about growth and change.
