I joined 'Tradeplus Online ' recently and was amazed at the 'Open door policy ( Superiors encourage the freshers and the tenure to reach them whenever there is a need ) which they follow here, apart form this Tradeplus has a pleasant environment with no much pressure.

Cons

Not having a cafeteria is my only concern
