      Toxic Work Culture. They conduct themselves like salesman. Have no interest in your job security

      Pros

      Sorry none it's pretty toxic. So many other companies are better.

      Cons

      They have very little structure, will try to screw you over with your contract, they gossip, ambush with work, and do not care about your growth and security. They will find a way to get rid of you once you are no longer useful. Even the HR will pretend to be your friend but will actually be the one looking for your faults. They treat non Americans and non-whites different than other employees and that includes salaries.

      Flexible remote work options, strong goals and mission, Executive Leadership really cares about the employees and their well-being.

      Nothing, this was a great place to work.

      Pros

      Incredibly diverse and skilled team. The work environment and fulfilling nature of the job are second to none.

      Cons

      Depending on position, the job can require travel. (Not a con for me, but perhaps for some)
