TL;DR Terrible work life balance, poor management and inefficient operations. This very much feels like a tech company that is being ran predominantly by managers with a background in finance. - So many managers/team leaders are fantastically intelligent people but are clueless when it comes to management, planning and strategy. - The company has just changed from 2 days in the office to 3/4 days in the office. Classic 'finance' style of helicopter management. - More emphasis is put into how many hours somebody works rather than. Many teams are understaffed and the expectation is that people work insane hours (despite the company saying they respect work life balance). - As other comments mention, engineers are treated as surplus to requirements. - Organization and prioritisation is (on the whole) very poor. So many cases of new features that were promised (both internally and to clients) years ago are still yet to be implemented. - Terrible QA processes - so many problems are caused by changes that haven't been thoroughly tested.

Ruled by a toxic in-group who the company enables rather than disciplines, many managers don't care whether their product works and just want to tick boxes saying they released it on time etc, most of the good people have already left leaving bullies and 'yes' men, weird in house language means technical skills are not transferable, erratic company structure that makes no sense.
