Great first job with supportive management

Great company to work in as a first job in finance, you learn a lot from different markets and you have multiple opportunities to do well and generate revenue as a junior. The management team is also very nice and takes care of employees.

Cons

Intense and stressful job at times but it’s more due to the job rather than the company.

“Rewarding” and “high pay” if you take all those shxts in the beginning first year

Cons

Reward is unforeseeable and the shxts is never ended, unlimited, and on daily basis Manager don’t treat trainee as human being and with no respect and they get mad and crazy easily once they find you have your own thoughts against them
