Some colleagues are great and some branches have great customers, benefits are decent and pay was okay at the time, courses were available online for further career advancement (if you had time)
Cons
Poor training (one single trainer for the whole bank for most positions), lack of documentation, poor management, no communication, unwillingness to train and actually keep to their word of wanting to advance the careers of their employees, cares more about customers than employees to a fault (who’s gonna serve your customers if they all leave)
