We're sorry to hear there was a lack of support offered to you during your time at Traemand. We've made some changes recently and are always looking for the most efficient way to get our folks from A to B to cut down on drive time and overtime hours. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we wish you the best of luck at your new job!

Pros

Most of the customers you meet are great.

Cons

1-low pay and low remuneration for car, cell, and internet that planners must provide. 2-Job was advertised as full time with no weekend and evenings, then we were required to work weekends and evenings with no notice. Planners are expected to work upwards of 70 plus hours a week during kitchen events, while we are lucky to get 20-30 hours in non busy times. Then after over working the planners for weeks on end during the kitchen event, management offers a 'bonus' of a $25.00 Starbucks gift card-how insulting! 3-Terrible scheduling, do not get schedule until evening the night before and are required to monitor schedule 7 days a week as it is constantly changing. 4-Zero work/life balance due to the above and MANY other factors. 5-Senior management are abusive, inconsistent, disorganized. 6-NO chance for advancement or salary increase in reality, though advertised otherwise. 7-This is a SALES job, not a kitchen planning job as advertised. Traemand is only interested in their bottom line which means obtaining an install contract, and requires planners to focus primarily on getting the install rather than providing a quality planning service. All in a 4 hour time frame. 8-Nepotism apparent in the Canadian management team contributes to the highly toxic work environment. See advice to management below.

Thank you for raising these concerns. We take feedback like this seriously. We're constantly looking for new ways to improve our culture, especially among our geographically dispersed workforce in Canada. Please be on the lookout next month for a company-wide survey to gather feedback like the points you've shared with us.
