      Great coworkers, but leadership is severely lacking

      Pros

      The employees on the floor is what makes this a great place to work.

      Cons

      Leadership is heartless, mean and do not care about loyalty. They remove good middle management just because and then expect everyone else to do twice the amount of work with no clear guidance

      Not so bad offices nor amenities

      Cons

      - No idea on what is the path for the IT team, you can be moved between projects at a weekly basis and will be held accountable for the lack of productivity - No clear path for growth, most of the know how lives in the head of legacy team members who have little to no time to share their knowledge nor to work in pair coding sessions - Old technologies and practices with no path towards modernization nor adoption of modern best practices - You will be blocked most than half of the time due to bureaucratic processes and you will be held accountable for the lack of productivity
