Pros

Free snacks, fruit, coffee and tea The events and celebrations Nice collegues International&young environment Modern office with a lot of light Team building trip

Cons

It used to be a company with great environment but it has changed a lot within 1 year. Currently the focus is on cutting costs, especially by replacing senior employees with interns. The environment from a collaborative and friendly where everyone gets their say became environment where the opinions different from the management are strongly not welcomed. From the fast paced and dynamic, it became a total mess with many employees doing job of 2-3 people. Whenever they can overload you, they will do so. The company believes that working extra hours, weekends and your days off is a norm. Sometimes you can also witness some not pleasant ways of communication - it also happens from time to time on company's Slack.

Pros

Nice parties, events, team building activities Free coffee, tea, beer, fruit and snacks Multicultural & young environment Nice office in Hospitalet A chance to get some experience in "adult" online advertising.

Cons

It might be hard to get it from the corporate website, but TrafficStars is working exclusively with "adult" websites. Unfortunately, this means that you might often be working with shady partners. Of course, some customers are nice professionals, but the vast majority is not, and it can be frustrating. You will hardly be trained by experienced professionals: in fact, only a few people in the company have some relevant expertise to share and keep in mind that more than half of the company is made up of junior profiles or interns. In Sales, the targets given are not realistically achievable, so don´t count too much on your full quarterly bonus. The previous CEO/Founder managed to build a good reputation and a friendly working environment, but he left the company and the reputation he built is now gone, most likely for good. And make no mistake: your opinion will be irrelevant, but still, should you disagree with management, be aware that you will be considered a problematic employee and might face consequences. Management considers acceptable to publicly humiliate employees on the internal chat if they are "problematic" or "guilty" of something. Since it´s hard to keep the number updated, during the interview, it might be interesting for you to ask about how many employees left the company in the last 12 months and compare it with the number of current employees.
