      Pros

      Relax environment to work in, for the most part. The people are great, management is flexible and accommodating. Can be fast paced at times, but overall it was a great experience.

      Cons

      Pay is below avg. and the promotions are also very slim. Cost is cut at most corners. The quality of the productions suffers because they employ low skill labor to do skilled jobs.

      Friendly co workers Out in the suburbs so traffic is mostly light since you go against traffic

      You learn a lot because you teach yourself You get a salary for everything you can do for the company and nothing else Below average benefits 1 job 1 person philosophy here not 1 person 1 job
