Good flexible working that's about it.

Cons

Favoritism and Racism, if your white your right. Jobs are allocated before they are advertised for selected people so everyone who is giving the interviews are unaware that the job has already been allocated. No career prospects for Asian and black people. Have to work on the double to prove your worth.
