      Pros

      There aren't any, Except going home on time...There is NO paid overtime whatever they may tell you, you will not get it.

      Cons

      Poor pay, Difficult to get to without your own transport, Staff car parking not safe. Massive security camera network, to try and catch staff, not customers. Nasty management culture, Health and safety used only to cover themselves - not to look after staff - 90% of equipment faulty and not serviced. The more you do - the more is expected of you. Overall, not a good workplace.
