Pros

Pay and Hours are good if you need the money.

Cons

They gossip about everyone in the office and their personal business. They do not care if you have a family emergency as long as you get to work and do the work they won't complain. When you do something wrong they those with seniority make you feel invisible, won't speak to you or give you attitude until they get over it. Constant yelling and bickering and crap talk about work of others and don't appreciate the time and hours dedicated to the job.

Pros

Mechanic mehi is only watching computer and tv monitor in his shop watching people do their work instead of fixing trucks, he stands around watching people complaining about loud music and harassing workers. He eats fast food and takes long breaks. The mechanic shop is equipted with tv monitor to watch truckers working instead of working on fixing trucks. Mehi the mechanic does not fix trucks in reasonable time and creates problems for the whole company.

Cons

Mehi the mechanic is hostile to hard working people and does not allow workers to do their job, he is counter productive and creates problems for others. He does not understand his job, he needs to keep his nose out of hard working peoples business.
