Pros

There arent to many Pro's. One good Pro is that once you realize how bad it is and that they have treated you bad for a long time you can leave.. You can leave the company eventually. THAT is the biggest Pro.

Cons

Micro Managed. VERY High Turn Over. Low wages. They fire people and you have to do their job also with no compensation. They will fight you and deny unemployment. They do on every employee. No loyalty with upper management. You have to write down what your doing every minute of the day every day. No Vacation.. They will say you get it but its not paid for. They cut your commissions to make up for the so called "Paid Vacation"

Total average compensation is between $58,000-$68,000 for those Store Managers that are performing and hitting their very achievable goals.

Pros

Money that you have potential to make if they don't threaten to take it away for being human and make a mistake every time you turn around.

Cons

Owners try and act military with Zero lineage to any one in the military with 100% micro management. Ask yourself one question, Do you really want to work for a company that has to send out an email in order to get positive feed back from there employees on Glassdoor? Do to all the negative feed back that they created.. I am guilty of doing it myself as well while I was still working for the company. Only to try and make it easier for myself due to pressure from management about this topic and having 12 years with the company.

Pros

There is not many if any at all. You work bakers hours so thats kinda nice. You get pizza if you sell 5 in one day. But that’s paid for by you low commissions on the sales. That’s really all you have to look forward to. Unless you get a cool team but I’m sure that’s far and few in between.

Cons

First off this place is like kindergarten. You will be constantly watched and micromanaged throughly “security” cameras. They watch and listen to everything you do. Don’t think you have freedom of speech I have seen many go because of what they say behind what you think are closed doors. I guess freedom of speech isn’t a thing anymore. There is so much paperwork in this job. It’s not just some red tape. It’s a whole 7 rolls of it. You have to have the Costumer initial 35+ times and have a copy of everything then scan it in then finish the paper work and scan it in again. What should be a 15min process to buy a trailer of all things turns into 45mins+. You have to be a robot, fun is not aloud. You gotta sit for a minute because it’s 104 degrees outside you better find a spot that’s out of camera range. They write you up because other people can’t follow a process or do their job. But when you go to help them and miss something you were supposed to do look another write up. You will always do something wrong even if you are doing all the right things you could sell 50 trailers and $8000 dollars in parts in labor in a month and that just isn’t good enough. The goals are unrealistic if you are in an area that isn’t sunny and 65 all year round don’t count on the bonus. The pay is a joke. You could go to McDonald’s and make the same Amount of money with a lot less of the extra stuff. They don’t care about employees, you have to be a robot. If you life throws some curve balls well you better make sure you are in the office they don’t care if you dad is on his deathbed you better be at work. They just fired one of the only guys who really cared about the employees Josh H. Dude was a stand up guy. Really actually cared about his boys in the store. Was a sales genius. I would not have had half of my trailer sales if it was not for that guy. I mean they don’t care about good employees. They don’t even give you a warning they will just fire you as your walking out the door at the end of the day. And they will have someone else do it for them because they are scared to. I myself will be gone soon after I saw how much they don’t care about people. It’s all about the money. You can never make them enough money. There is no team. It’s you against corporate. Just listen to my warning and please don’t work here. This place will never be right.
