Pros

Basic perks are provided, which are preferable to none. EOFY celebrations are enjoyable. Management at the C-level is approachable and amiable.

Cons

The workload is excessive, considering the compensation - UNDERPAID The HR team is not efficient and falls short of expectations. For those seeking stability, this company may not be the ideal choice. There's a lack of experienced staff, resulting in a deficit of B2B work ethic -deceitful.

Thank you for recognizing our efforts in providing basic perks and enjoyable EOFY celebrations, as well as our approachable C-level management. Ensuring competitive compensation is a priority for us, and we regularly review our salary structure in comparison to market rates. We are always happy to discuss compensation if you believe you are not fairly compensated compared to similar roles with equivalent experience, skills and responsibilities in the broader employment market. We value everyone's input and recognise the expertise of experienced professionals. Our commitment is to integrate diverse perspectives for continuous innovation and improvement. The recent restructuring was driven by an unexpected change in trading conditions. We have only taken this action as a last resort to ensure the future of the company after considering all options. We know retrenchment will have a significant impact on peoples’ lives and we are sorry it has been necessary.   We are actively working on new strategies in reaction to these market challenges to ensure our team’s well-being and the stability and long-term sustainability of the company.

Pros

A lot of opportunity for advancement, promotes a culture of learning. Knowledgeable peers to learn from. Management team who readily takes input from team members.

Cons

Suppose this happens in most organisations, however some low performers that don’t pull their weight. With a large WFH team it can be difficult to identify and address soon enough.
