- Some employees have knowledge of recruiting

Cons

- President is inappropriate when meeting with potential candidates. She is borderline harassing via follow-ups and inappropriate during initial candidate meetings by asking candidates personal information - Recruiters have little to no experience and clearly do not care about finding a good fit for the candidate and only care about clients - Bad retention with candidates in client positions

There are no Pros to working at this company! Run, don't walk.

Cons

You find a job that they are recruiting for. You must come in for an interview. The job you are applying for is not what they tell you about. Total waste of my day. The recruiters like to tell you that they are working to find you a job, This is a complete LIE. After weeks of not having anything I started calling and emailing the recruiter. They never answer your phone calls or emails. This is by far the worse agency. DO NOT LOOK FOR THIS COMPANY TO GET YOU A JOB!!!

If you are a masochist, who enjoys being talked down to, then Trandon is the recruitment agency for you.

Cons

If you are looking for a "bottom of the barrel," sleazy recruitment agency, Trandon Associates is the one for you. I suggest that you look elsewhere, and not waste your time dealing with Trandon Associates, unless wasting your time is something that you personally enjoy.
