Pros

Tranont gives you all the financial service products and tools for free as an employee including identity protection, budgeting tools, and credit repair. The people who work with Tranont are friendly, welcoming to new people, easy to work with, and everyone pulls equal weight. The pay is fair and they fully cover your health care (though it's a healthshare program).

Cons

PTO is a bit low, but grows the longer you stay at the company. Because it's a small company, sometimes it can be hard to know where you fit and what your roles are. You are often given tasks that don't fit the job description you were initially given.

Pros

Not many. Tons of work to be done, and not enough people to do it. If you’re related to one of the owners, you’re a shoe in. Nepotism is the key to success at Tranont. Cool office space, with tons of empty, abandoned desks. 4-day events. You’ll get to be away from friends and family over the weekend. You’ll work double time, get paid nothing, then be expected to have all your actual work completed on Monday.

Cons

The owners have no problem burning bridges. No one is safe. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve worked here or how much time you’ve put in. They’ll drop you and leave you with a laughable severance. Or none at all. They will chase any opportunity for a quick buck, no matter how many corners they have to cut. Salaries run at least 15% less than what’s typical for the area. Getting a promotion is a rarity. And getting a raise with that promotion is unheard of.
