CFO and Coo are husband and wife and run it like a cult, you have to kiss their feet if u want to work here. Coo attitude is horrible to deal with.

Managers understand that you have to GIVE respect to GET respect. And that’s actually how everyone in the company operates. Every single working relationship, regardless of where you stand in the company hierarchy, is based on reciprocity and grounded in mutual respect. If that sounds unbelievable to you (I almost couldn’t believe it when I first started either), all I have to say is you truly have to experience it for yourself to believe it.

Cons

The cost of the company’s healthcare is much higher than at my previous job. It’s not something that’ll eventually make me want to leave, but it is an issue.
