      Pros

      The employees who do all the work are great but do not hang around for long. Technical side and marketing are excellent and you are supported but thats about it. Commission is paid and is fair but changes when management want to add thresh holds when they feel like it.

      Cons

      Management team are abusive, bullying, sexiest and micro manage everyone. Salaries are below average and turnover of staff is like a revolving door!

      Controlling and ridiculous, hundreds of meetings and no real clarity. Can be cliquey.
