Pros

Great people and atmosphere. It may all be a joke but damn if they don't really make you feel at home.

Cons

You will be conducting no "marketing" at all. You will be shilling Xfinity to innocent, unsuspecting Walmart customers around the New Jersey and PA area. Each morning you will arrive in Manayunk @ 9:45 to partake in some sales jargon cross-training nonsense to fill a packet. There are no chairs anywhere so get some in-soles. Then for six hours, you will be taken out into the "field" (Walmart) and badger people to get their information on your tablet so you can convert some sales. Full-Time commission only. Your feet will break. Your patience will wear thin. Your sales won't be paid to you until weeks after you have made them. Don't work here. And watch out for any other entry-level marketing schemes. Most are like this.

Pros

There very inviting great atmosphere, the manager whom I met explained everything very well to me and I loved it from the first time meeting them. Which is no surprise that when offered the role I accepted and wanted to work with them.

Cons

My commute is longer then I'm use to but love it anyways.

Pros

the people were nice

Cons

There was no real marketing experience, which was promised in the interview. This is a sales position. Interns receive no base salary so only get commission which is not a lot and takes a long time to be paid out. The hours are way too long and you have to sell xfinity in Walmarts across the tri-state area. The compensation did not match the work. It is essentially a pyramid scheme and was not advertised honestly on the job posting.
