Pros

Lots of overtime work during peak cruise season. Management let’s work get done without much supervision , easy job just do what’s expected of your job duties and you will never be bothered.

Cons

Must be ready to get dirty. Work with bunker fuel, oil pits —pretty physical work at times. Teamwork a must for certain workloads (breakdown, setups for shipfueling). (Fuel terminal projects).
