      Pros

      Decent salary and benefits. Also perks that include community events where the CEO does his best to keep up with the Jones’

      Cons

      Be ready to stroke the very large ego of the CEO, manipulate data and disregard animal welfare. Free thinking go getters need not apply, certainly don’t question management. The HR department is a joke and doesn’t understand the benefit package. Nepotism runs rampant.

      TransPharm feels like one big family and all of us have the same goals, and that is to help our clients find the best new medicines.

      Cons

      The work can be 7 days a week and at all hours of the night.
