The salary as they have to offer a good rate due to their reputation in the marketplace. Recruiters often won't place candidates here as they are fully aware that it is a toxic environment to work.
Cons
Toxic environment, different HR rules apply to different staff depending on how disposable they feel they are, appalling attitude to the health of staff from senior management, nepotism, next to no career progression and sexist and humiliating comments from senior management simply laughed off by line managers too scared to challenge the misconduct in the London office. Quite frightening.

Decent salaries, nice office, great people, and reimbursement programs for continuing education if desired.
Cons
As with any company, it depends on your department, manager etc. On average, I am lucky to report that my experiences have been positive.
