      Dynamic and fast paced work environment where inventive solutions are actively sought from all staff & management. A business that has always been a meritocracy, with very few layers of management and great growth prospects for those with real business acumen.

      Cons

      As with any financial services business, the convoluted regulatory framework does slow down decision making on occasion.
