A job...? The commute was decent. There were some nice, decent colleagues.

Cons

A company that is afraid to move forward and spent money on what counts - people, innovation. System, ISIS, constantly breaks down and is from the dark ages!! Very stale, non-ambitious culture. People have been there for 10, 20 years...very set in their antiquated ways! They seem to resist change & progression. People with fresh ideas eventually leave. You're pretty much stuck inside the walls of the building (no windows) because there's nothing in the neighborhood worth seeing . Inside the walls - yuck!! The worst place I've ever worked!

Mmmmm... having a hard time to come up with one. I was getting paid- this is a pro, isn't it?

Cons

The company is full of unprofessional & uneducated managers and directors with big egos and even bigger trucks! Ancient ERP system, inefficient processes and redundant procedures. The upper management is afraid of spending $$ to upgrade their systems, or update their office facilities. Have no clear plan or clue where the company is heading to. If you are an ambitious professional and want to build a career, this is definitely not your place!

Cons

difficulty maintaining management due to too much micromanaging and too little incentive. Upper management is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Management doesn't respect employee home life/family obligations and expect overtime or meetings after hours with little to no notice.
