Sales targets are impossible to hit. They don't have enough AE's for you to book meetings for and you're constantly under the gun about your activity. They want you to do a spray and pray method while also adding more accounts to Salesforce for some reason.
AE's are snobby towards SDRs and are quick to throw you under the bus since they're under pressure to hit their targets as well. The product takes too long to sell since there are so many parties that need to approve it.
P.S. During the interview process I spoke with an AE I thought I would be working with but on my first day he was no longer there. Huge red flag that turnover happens that quickly without leadership acknowledging it. You're basically viewed as expendable.
