      High pay, but toxic environment and micromanagement

      Pros

      - they pay well - good for 1 year max if you dont mind hostile environment

      Cons

      - poor management, you need to do exactly as your manager wants, no room for discussion - heavy delivery oriented, no product work at all (you might be lucky and get some meaningful project tho) - emails at 2 am - micromanagement - rotation

      Pros

      I can remember only good things: clear transparency, consistent support, and genuine respect from management. The team was strong, collaborative, and easy to work with, and the overall working conditions were solid and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

      Cons

      Because it’s an Outsource company, all the issues were on the clients' side, not on Transcenda’s side.

      + Payments are always on time. + Possibility to grow professionally. + The management team keeps everyone posted with the latest company-wide updates. + Decent salary rates. + Possibility to switch projects if needed. + The company is interested in retaining good engineers. + No redundant bureaucracy. + Most of the projects are built on more or less the latest technologies. + Clear and good scalable organizational structure.

      Cons

      - There are no benefits for EU contractors (like vacations, sick leaves, holidays, or others).
