      I loved some of my co workers

      If you aren't in the click forget about getting any help with the schedule. Pay os horrible. In fact it was so bad they didn't even offer insurance to the CNAs because there was no way to afford it.

      Pros

      Its a privately owned company, giving you insight on how the business is funded and paid for. Smaller side as far as residents, giving them more one on one care.

      Cons

      The problem is, the pay in every department, no matter if you're hourly or salary is far behind the average. This makes it difficult to hire and retain staff.
